To purchase CleraFlex™, you must be a licensed Healthcare Professional (HCP) with a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number, either as an individual or a business, to purchase prescription (Rx) products.
CleraFlex is intended for use under the direction or supervision of a healthcare professional in clinical or home care settings.
Orders must be placed by 12pm MT Monday-Friday to ship the same day.
